ViVid Reloved Consignment and Buy Out How’s and Why’s 

Intake is every other Monday from 2-6pm. appts can be made if this does not work.

Items will be looked at and chosen according to need in the store, condition, and style, every piece is intentionally selected based on quality, demand, uniqueness, and wants for our customers.

Please stay within the wishlist (posted on instagram on weekends) and limits

NO surprise drop-offs will be taken

appts can be made with Kate if Mondays don't work.

you will be offered store credit for your items (you let them go, we own them, you can use credit forever to shop and add pieces to your closet) and you can shop immediately (Credit not offered on high end pieces or shoes)

30% most brands and styles

50% for high end pieces 

Moving forward if consignment is your choice clothes accessories and shoes including boutique brands and special vintage finds are 30%, High end pieces 50% 

As we grow and increase consignors we need to reevaluate and we can not negotiate per piece we don’t have time in drop offs.  If there are items considered high end please have them separate in drop off and we will look at those with that in mind. 

All drop offs are by appt or on alternating Mondays 2-6pm we will not look at items without an appt.  

We also are limiting any drop-offs to 20 pieces 

what if the items don't sell?

after a year we will donate it locally, but throughout its time at ViVid we will merch it as needed to get more eyes on it. Please understand you may not see every piece on the floor at all times, we have a large backroom and are constantly recirculating items in and out. Designer pieces we will return to you.

Your earnings go directly into your VIVID account, and you can use them as store credit immediately- or you can wait for your bi monthly payout by venmo or check.

We love every piece that we chose and we love even more working with you and seeing you letting go of your treasures and finding new.
